Very nice views from the terrace

We celebrated my partner's birthday here! Sipping cocktails on the terrace while watching the sunset was lovely. The staff added a special touch with a surprise dessert.

The steep path to the beach was challenging after a rainstorm. Our room had a few bugs, a bit unsettling during the night. But the experience was still good!

Friendly hotel, amiable staff, great wi-fi. Absolutely stunning and comfortable room and climate control, a safe box, tea and coffee making facilities inside. A wide array of great options for meal. Stunning and marvellous location near to Easy to walk down, town / beach and bars there.

the staff were kind and welcoming and assisted us with free parking. the location was beautiful down the hill.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

I loved that I could easily walk to the beautiful Diamond Botanical Gardens, just less than a 5-minute stroll away, and the vibrant local restaurants were just around the corner, making my stay enjoyable and convenient as a single traveler.

came here for 4 days, the hotel was luxury and friendly, it had best possible location just next door to town / beach and the beach bar and waterfalls.

The room was absolutely stunning and amazing, we had coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator. The breakfast food including eggs and bangers was fabulous. The hotel was in a stunning and great location very close to the restaurant...

Amazing. Our room was spacious and had an amazing terrace view of Petit Piton. Staff like Tasha were helpful, but the challenging road up may deter some visitors.

It was just a smart choice for a city trip in Soufriere with good value. The steep steps added to the local character, but be ready for a workout. Make sure to ask for extra tea bags daily if you like your tea.

Beautifully landscaped grounds are very relaxing.

We encountered disruptive noise from nearby bars every night. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep due to the loud music and partying that lasted until 2 am. The management should be more proactive in addressing this issue seeking a quiet stay.

The views of the pitons were amazing. We also enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and attentive staff.

I was captivated by the resort's fine views of the Pitons. The beautifully landscaped grounds and multiple pools offered serene spaces to relax and soak in the beauty.

Noise from nearby bars could be disruptive at night.

My wife and I had an unforgettable stay! The views from our balcony were stunning, and the food was delectable, especially the Creole dishes! Just be prepared for a lot of stairs to navigate.

Loved the views and Onion the bartender. Wi-Fi was spotty.

Mixed Experience with Room and Service

I booked an executive suite, but it didn't match the description. The decor felt outdated, and I experienced noise from the street. Onsite dining was pushed heavily, but I wished for coffee in rooms instead. Ensure you confirm all amenities during check-in!
